Terms of service

Private pilot · Version 1 · Prepared 10 September 2026

1. The service and these terms

Stampwyn is a Devoro mail-security reporting service for organizations. It provides domain verification, analysis of DMARC aggregate and SMTP TLS reports, and controlled access for teams and delegates. These terms apply to authorized pilot use. Any separately agreed written pilot agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

The contracting operator is identified in the Contact section. A person acting for an organization must have authority to do so. Public self-registration and billing are not currently offered.

2. Accounts and authorized access

Use your own invited account and protect sign-in links and connected identities. You are responsible for the users and delegates you authorize and for reviewing their permissions. Do not share single-use sign-in links or attempt to bypass account or domain controls. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your domains and data

You must own, or have permission to manage, any domain you add. Only submit reports and information you are entitled to provide. You retain your rights in your data and authorize its processing to operate the service for you. Do not submit ordinary mailbox contents, sensitive message bodies or unrelated personal data.

You are responsible for your DNS configuration, sender authorization decisions and any mail-policy changes. Review changes before applying them and keep appropriate copies of important records.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Stampwyn for unlawful activity, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential theft, unauthorized testing of other organizations, or interference with the service. Do not upload malware, deliberately overload report processing, or access another tenant's data without authorization.

5. Reporting limitations and pilot availability

Reports come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Stampwyn does not deliver your mail and does not guarantee inbox placement, complete visibility, prevention of impersonation, or uninterrupted availability. Reporting indicators support investigation; they are not a guarantee that a sender is legitimate.

Pilot functionality may change, and maintenance or failures can interrupt access. No uptime service-level agreement or paid support commitment is created by these terms.

6. Privacy and processing

The privacy notice describes how the service handles personal data. Where Stampwyn processes personal data on behalf of an organization, a suitable data-processing agreement must be agreed before onboarding that organization's production personal data. This notice is not a substitute for that agreement.

7. Suspension and ending access

The operator may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations, and will provide notice where practicable. You may request closure through the contact below. Before access ends, obtain copies of reports you need while they remain available. Data handling on closure must follow the applicable agreement and legal obligations.

8. Intellectual property and responsibility

The Stampwyn software, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces mandatory applicable law.

9. Changes and questions

Material changes to agreed terms will be communicated to affected account contacts before taking effect where required. Publishing a new version alone does not override an existing written agreement. Contact the operator with questions about these terms.
